Contact: <a href=\"mailto:info@liolab.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">info@liolab.eu<\/a>, phone: 041 264 244 (\u017diga).<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">These Terms govern the operation of the online shop, the rights and obligations of the buyer, and the business relationship between the Provider and the buyer. The buyer is bound by the Terms in force at the time of placing the order. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION (prior to conclusion of the contract)<\/strong> The Provider undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information before the order is placed (in accordance with ZVPot-1):<\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>identity of the company (name, registered office, tax number),<\/li><li>contact details enabling quick and effective communication (e-mail, phone),<\/li><li>essential characteristics of the goods (freeze-dried fruit: description, ingredients, nutritional values, allergens, minimum durability date, storage conditions \u2013 specified for each product),<\/li><li>availability of products (within a reasonable period, depending on stock),<\/li><li>delivery conditions (method, place, estimated time),<\/li><li>prices (clearly stated including VAT; delivery costs shown separately in the cart),<\/li><li>payment and delivery methods,<\/li><li>right of withdrawal period (14 days) and return conditions (buyer bears return shipping costs),<\/li><li>procedure for handling complaints\/claims (referral to the separate claims page),<\/li><li>duration of the contract (one-time sales contract).<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>COMPANY IDENTITY<\/strong> Name: LioLab, FOTO Kol\u0161ek Address: Lilekova ulica 3, 3000 Celje Tax number: SI37227947 Contact: <a href=\"mailto:info@liolab.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">info@liolab.eu<\/a> | 041 264 244<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>OFFER OF PRODUCTS AND PRICES<\/strong> The offer is updated and changed frequently due to the nature of online business. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and include VAT (22% for food products). Prices have no predetermined validity. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order (e-mail titled \u201cOrder Confirmed\u201d). An invoice in PDF format is sent to the buyer\u2019s e-mail address. The buyer must check the accuracy of the invoice data immediately upon receipt.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>credit\/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via a secure payment system,<\/li><li>PayPal,<\/li><li>cash on delivery (cash or card upon receipt \u2013 delivery service fee according to their pricelist),<\/li><li>advance payment (bank transfer \u2013 instructions provided in the confirmation e-mail).<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>ORDER PROCESS<\/strong><\/p><ol dir=\"auto\"><li>Order placed in the queue (possibility to cancel within 1 hour via e-mail).<\/li><li>Order confirmed \u2013 contract irrevocably concluded.<\/li><li>Goods dispatched \u2013 notification via e-mail or phone with delivery instructions and any information on returns\/complaints.<\/li><\/ol><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>INVOICING<\/strong> We are a retail online shop (B2C). For B2B purchases (larger quantities), contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@liolab.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">info@liolab.eu<\/a>. Subsequent changes to the company name after order placement are not possible.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)<\/strong> A consumer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason. Send an e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:info@liolab.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">info@liolab.eu<\/a> with the subject \u201cWITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT\u201d. Provide: name, address, order number, list of products, IBAN for refund.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">Return the goods within 14 days of notification \u2013 the buyer covers return shipping costs. Goods must be unopened and in original packaging. We refund the purchase price within 14 days (using the same payment method). Original delivery shipping costs are not refunded.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong> The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>food products with opened packaging (for health protection and hygiene reasons),<\/li><li>perishable goods (not applicable to freeze-dried fruit, which has a long shelf life of 12\u201324 months).<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\">Withdrawal is permitted only for unopened packages of freeze-dried fruit.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>COSTS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS<\/strong> Delivery within Slovenia via GLS or Slovenian Post. Costs are indicated during checkout (depending on weight\/value; free delivery possible above a certain amount). Delivery time: 2\u20135 working days. Cash-on-delivery incurs a delivery service fee. We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>WARRANTY<\/strong> For food products (such as freeze-dried fruit), there is <strong>no mandatory commercial warranty<\/strong> under ZVPot-1 (this applies only to technical goods). Rights arise only from non-conformity of goods with the contract (material defects under OZ and ZVPot-1). Details on claims are available on the separate claims page.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES<\/strong> We resolve complaints amicably \u2013 write to <a href=\"mailto:info@liolab.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">info@liolab.eu<\/a>. We do not recognize any out-of-court dispute resolution body.
