The period starts the day after receipt of the goods (or the last shipment in case of partial deliveries).<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>How to notify withdrawal?<\/strong> Write to us at <strong>[<a href=\"mailto:info@liolab.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">info@liolab.eu<\/a>]<\/strong> (or your official e-mail) with the subject, e.g., \u201cWITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT \u2013 Order No. XXXXX\u201d. In the message, please include:<\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>Your full name<\/li><li>Address<\/li><li>Order or invoice number<\/li><li>Date of order \/ date of receipt of goods<\/li><li>List of products you are withdrawing from (e.g., \u201cFreeze-dried raspberries 50 g, 2 pcs\u201d)<\/li><li>If you want the refund to a bank account: your IBAN (transaction account number)<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\">You may also send the notification by post to [your company address].<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">Upon receipt of your message, we will confirm receipt and send instructions for returning the goods (if required). The goods must be returned within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of your notification. The buyer covers the costs of returning the goods.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Refund of the purchase price<\/strong> We refund the purchase price using the same payment method used for the purchase (except cash on delivery \u2192 to your bank account). The refund is made no later than <strong>14 days<\/strong> after receipt of the withdrawal notification or after receipt of the returned goods. We do not refund the original shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by us.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>EXCEPTIONS \u2013 WHEN WITHDRAWAL IS NOT POSSIBLE<\/strong> The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to:<\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life (fresh food, refrigerated products, etc.)<\/li><li>sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the consumer has broken the seal after delivery (e.g., opened packaging of freeze-dried fruit)<\/li><li>goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery<\/li><li>goods made to the consumer\u2019s exact specifications or clearly personalised<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\">Since we sell <strong>freeze-dried fruit<\/strong>, which has a long shelf life (usually 12\u201324 months), we generally allow withdrawal if the packaging is unopened, the product is undamaged, and remains in its original condition. If the packaging has been opened, return is unfortunately not possible due to hygiene reasons and to ensure food quality and safety.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>MATERIAL DEFECT \/ COMPLAINT (defective, damaged, or substandard product)<\/strong> Notify us of the defect within <strong>2 months<\/strong> of discovering it (at the latest within 2 years from receipt).<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">Write to us at <strong>[<a href=\"mailto:info@liolab.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">info@liolab.eu<\/a>]<\/strong> with the subject, e.g., \u201cCOMPLAINT \u2013 Order No. XXXXX\u201d. In the message, include:<\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>Your name, surname, address, phone<\/li><li>Order\/invoice number \/ purchase date<\/li><li>Detailed description of the defect + when you discovered it<\/li><li>What you request: remedy of the defect \/ replacement \/ price reduction \/ refund<\/li><li>Attach photos or videos (packaging damage, product, expiry date, proof of purchase, etc.)<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\">You have the right to request:<\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>remedy of the defect<\/li><li>replacement with a new flawless product<\/li><li>proportionate price reduction<\/li><li>withdrawal from the contract and refund<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\">If the defect is undisputed, we will resolve it within a maximum of <strong>8 days<\/strong>. If disputed, we will reply in writing within 8 days of receiving your message.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>HOW TO RETURN GOODS<\/strong> After receiving your e-mail (withdrawal or complaint), we will send confirmation + instructions:<\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>If the defect is clearly visible in the attached photos\/videos \u2192 no need to return the goods; we handle it immediately (refund or replacement).<\/li><li>Otherwise, we send the return address + any package code.<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\">The buyer covers return shipping costs (except if the defect is our fault). We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (payment on receipt).<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>DAMAGED GOODS DURING TRANSPORT<\/strong> Check the package upon receipt! If you notice damage (e.g., torn packaging, dents), immediately file a claim with the carrier (Slovenian Post, GLS, etc.) and notify us by e-mail + photos of the damage and packaging.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR<\/strong><\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li>products purchased at markets or promotions outside the online shop<\/li><li>opened packages of freeze-dried fruit (hygiene reasons)<\/li><li>goods damaged due to the buyer&#8217;s fault (except normal inspection)<\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"auto\">If returned goods are damaged or reduced in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., opened, partially consumed), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse the return.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reklamacije in vra\u010dila PRAVICA DO ODSTOPA OD POGODBE (14 dni) Potro\u0161nik ima pravico, da v 14 dneh podjetju [Ime va\u0161ega podjetja] pisno sporo\u010di, da odstopa od pogodbe, brez navedbe razloga.
